Dear Reader,
I guess I didn’t think far enough ahead. I really thought six billionaires in my Billionaire Boys Club would be enough. I really did. But when the time came to write the final book? I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to my billionaires just yet. I was having way too much fun with them! So I tried to think of ways I could continue.
I could have:
1) Magically given everyone long-lost twins that must share a fortune with them!
2) Had another dozen or so billionaires introduced out of nowhere into the secret society. Because no one would EVER notice that.
3) Take away the Happy Ever Afters.
4) Organize weddings for the original characters and match up their friends.
Clearly number four was the only real answer! So Billionaires and Bridesmaids was born. Just like in the Billionaire Boys Club, we start with Bronte and Logan once more, and we’re back to Seaturtle Bay. Except this time, Bronte and Logan are getting married, and the entire island is astir with preparations.
Cue Marj. You remember Marj, don’t you? Actually, you probably don’t. She makes a super, super brief cameo at the diner that Bronte works at in Stranded with a Billionaire. This time around, though, she’s a bridesmaid and looking for her Mr. Right. Too bad for her that I gave her Mr. All Wrong For Her. You see, Marj is tall, and storky, and not cool in the slightest (she plays bingo and knits). And Rob? Rob is fast talking and foul mouthed and crude… and completely, utterly, in love with Marjorie.
Let’s just say they were a lot of fun to write. I hope you enjoy reading about them and the other upcoming weddings!
