O Autorce

Barbara Metzger (b. 1944) is the author of over three dozen books and a dozen novellas. She has also been an editor, a proof-reader, a greeting card verse-writer, and an artist. When not painting, writing romances or reading them, she volunteers at the local library, gardens and goes beach-combing and yard-saling.

Her novels, mostly set in Regency-era England, have won numerous awards, including the Romance Writers of America RITA, the National Reader's Choice Award, and the Madcap award for humor in romance writing. In addition, Barbara has won two Career Achievement Awards from Romantic Times Magazine.

ech, o czym tu rozmawiać, skoro dopiero jedna rzecz się pojawiła

dlaczego, basik?

Dla mnie może być, ale trudno wyrokować po jedne książce. Kupiłam Diamentowy klucz, ale jeszcze do niej nie zdążyłam zajrzeć.

lubię w książce humor i dowcip, ale wtedy gdy bawi a nie denerwuje

Zabrałam się za Diamentowy klucz, długo z tym zwlekałam, ale przyjemnie się rozczarowałam. Szybko się czyta, treść też nie najgorsza. Zobaczymy co dalej

Przeczytałam Na zawsze twoja i jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczona. Nie wiem czego się spodziewałam sięgając po ten tytuł, ale na pewno nie tego, że będzie tak cudnie. Świetny humor, nietuzinkowi bohaterowie. Wszystko lekko zwariowane, ale nie do przesady. Dodatkowo tajemnica morderstwa, genialne postaci drugoplanowe (m.in. niania Brown ) i jedna kochana psina. Dla mnie bomba Trudno się było oderwać, a po przeczytaniu pozostał mi niedosyt, bo z chęcią bym sobie przeczytała kolejne części, których oczywiście u nas nie wydano

Lubię Metzger, ale akurat te, które czytałam, nie zostały wydane w Polsce
